Jon has over 30 years of industry experience across a multitude of different travel sectors including leading Operations teams in Sports Tour Operations, Corporate Travel, VIP and Premium Services, Group Travel and Event Management.

Michelle has worked in the travel industry for 22 years with 17 of those years dedicated to sports travel. Michelle drives our exceptional offline service, whilst continuing to work with key team members to improve online booking and to educate travellers as to the benefits of our online booking tool, YourTrip.

Catriona has been part of the Gray Dawes team since 2017 and has specialist experience in Sports and Group travel. Her work includes collaborating with both tennis and cricket disability teams, and her empathetic attitude to clients who have more specialist needs is exceptional.

Chris has 14 years of travel industry experience. He has clear working knowledge of client's requirements and consistently delivers the highest level of customer service, whether it be assisting on a short rail journey or managing a round-the-world trip.

Tracey joined Gray Dawes in 2017, having worked in the business travel industry for 30 years. Tracey brings with her a vast and extensive knowledge of the industry and a dedication to delivering great customer service.

Lee has 17 years of experience in Sports travel and leads our Rugby League offering which he has done for at least 10 years. He will continue to support all other clients' needs and requirements with his professional expertise & flair for problem solving.
